Information we use

We use account and contact details, application and lease information, uploaded documents and photos, signatures and signing timestamps, maintenance requests, messages, and notification preferences to provide property management services. The portal uses browser storage to maintain your signed-in session.

Use and disclosure

Information is used to manage accounts, applications, leases, maintenance, service communications, and access security. Relevant information is available to authorized management personnel and, where needed for maintenance, assigned contractors. Service providers supporting hosting, authentication, storage, and communications process information to deliver those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

SMS privacy

SMS enrollment is optional. We record your consent time and the phone number associated with that consent. SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Messaging providers may process your phone number and messages to deliver the notifications you request.

Your choices

You may update your account details and notification preferences in the portal. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from active SMS messaging. A phone-number change requires new SMS consent. Contact us about access, corrections, deletion, or privacy questions; some information may need to be retained for service, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.

Security and retention

We use access controls to restrict portal information to authorized users. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Records are retained as needed for property management and applicable obligations.
